Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership, class pack, drop-in, or other service from Fine Core Pilates, you agree to the following terms.

Memberships
Membership pricing, commitment periods, billing frequency, renewal terms, and benefits are provided in the individual membership description at the time of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.

Membership cancellation requests must be emailed to info@finecorepilates.com at least 10 days before the next billing date. Memberships with a minimum commitment must complete that commitment before cancellation can take effect.

Class Packs
All class packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused classes will not roll over after expiration. Class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Classes must be canceled at least 4 hours before class to avoid a penalty.

Unlimited members will be charged $15 for a late cancellation and $20 for a no-show. Clients using a class pack or drop-in will forfeit the class credit for a late cancellation or no-show.

Payments
Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may result in membership or booking privileges being temporarily suspended until the balance is resolved.

Studio Policies
Clients are expected to arrive on time and treat instructors, staff, other clients, and studio property respectfully. For the safety and experience of everyone in class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time will not be permitted to enter the class. Fine Core Pilates is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings to the extent permitted by law.

Health & Safety
Fine Core Pilates offers heated and non-heated classes. Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. Clients are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and must complete the required liability waiver before participating.

Changes
Fine Core Pilates may update future pricing, schedules, instructors, class offerings, and studio policies as needed.
